MOVED IN JAN2023 This is a very quiet place, free parking lots of parking and package is safely available where you create a pin to get your package no one can steal your package. It’s just a little expensive but it also depends on the size of the room and the type you want.
One of the best apartments in Woodbridge! If you are looking for a safe ,quiet and neat environment ,this is definitely the place and the apartments look so modern inside.
Property is fine; Top floor residents a different story Place is nice. Parking always available. No issues with management thus far. But very much looking forward to moving. The people above me run and stomp all day. Walls and ceiling too thin. This place reminded me why I’m not a fan of apartment living.
Awesome place Le t me start by saying that I am extremely happy at my new home! Very welcoming and very professional staff. Mr. James is amazing, very professional and he really took the time to help me out with the whole process. This is going to be my home for a very long time! Thank you for everything!

Great Apartments, but expect surprises I've lived at Kensington place for a year and it's been an enjoyable experience. I chose Kensington place because it was close to the highway and would make my commute easier for work, which has been fairly helpful. I haven't had any significant issues besides minor problems that maintenance ALWAYS comes to fix right away. I will say that I have been reporting a strong odor (which comes and goes) coming from the fridge or kitchen area since move-in and because no one else could smell it... read more
Comfy place This place is costly but you're 40 mins out from DC and spacious. Its located right off the highway. Upgraded appliances. Love the garage parking and friendly office staff.
excellent the apartment is brand new. the apartment in this area, it has a large courtyard with pool , lounge chairs and dinning tables perfect to enjoy the out door.
Great Apartments! Have been here almost a year and have loved my experience. Maintenance has always been prompt and courteous, even though my issues have been minor in nature. The grounds are kept clean and it a very pet friendly complex. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is responsive and always looking to help out. The only negative is how thin the walls are. My bedroom wall is shared with the neighbors and I can hear conversations right through the wall.
High Style w/o the higher prices I love these apartments! They are only a year old and so stylish. The stainless steel appliances, dark cherry cabinets, and tile are the perfect touch. The office staff, Austin and Rory, are so friendly and down to earth. They make sure that everything goes smoothly before, during, and after your move-in.
