Awesome Place to live I have lived in variety of different places but this apartment is really awesome. If your looking for an luxury apartment that affordable choose Kensington Place of Woodbridge Virginia. I am currently staying in a Affordable Unit based on my income and the staff was very pleasant and quick with submitting my paperwork to the county in a decent amount of time. Fantastic New Apartments! Very classy, and cozy at the same time! We live in the North building and love it! Staff is great so far and we have had no issues. Beautiful pub community room, courtyard, and exercise room with brand new equipment. Walls and floors seem sound proof and although I-95 is in our backyard,you'd never know it! Great place to not only live, but call home.
Do Research The apartments themselves are beautiful, but I would recommend everyone contact the police department, fire department and gas company before moving here. The apartment complex has had issues with car break-ins and gas leaks.
Horrible management In a Few words Do not move here very bad management
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is terrible. Ran by two women who are incompetent and completely unprofessional. Management enters residents home without notice and will kick you out if you sneeze too loud.
Do not move here Update: The only reason I’m not giving this complex 1 star is because of the landscaping and the proximity to 95. They do a nice job of trying to keep the grounds clean despite people here not cleaning up after themselves. It’s also very nice being close to everything, including the highway. The low rating is due in large part to the thin walls which allow you to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing (showering, flushing the toilet, TV, etc.). **RUN - DO NOT WALK Don't be fooled. Weed Smell hallways & in apt, nasty elevators, loud, rude neighbors, walls are VERY THIN. They will email you to sign the lease before move-in because they know there are issues here! Do not do it! once you sign they only care about the money! I heard a lady go off on the office yesterday about burst pipes and how no one answered the phone or returned her call!
Terrible Trash is everywhere all the time, Parking lot, dragged through the hallways, in the lamdscaping, and heaping at the dumpsters. The management doesn't give a crap about anything. The repair team won't fix anything correctly. You can see outside theough our patio door because the door is warped. They just moved the strikeplate, so now you cant open or close it withoit your entire body weight involved.
