Kenton was great to work with. I had so many questions and he was endlessly patient with me. He was professional and courteous and friendly. I never felt that he was annoyed with all my questions (even though he probably was - LOL). He was knowledgeable and the process was pretty smooth. Quick closing, too! I will definitely work with him again in the future.

Right at the beginning of our home buying journey "the place" was on the market. We were still evaluating lenders when we agreed to a 3 week close in our home offer. After selecting Kenton and the team at APM they were off to the races and ensured that we were able to close on time! Their responsiveness was great and they were always reaching out with next steps. Very happy with this process!

He was super responsive and provided advice on our purchase loan even as other timing extended beyond our initial estimate. Kenton and his team were very helpful navigating through the home buying process for the first time. He provided multiple pre-approvals the same day, which was important in this fast paced market. He was also available after hours and weekends for questions/requests. Final loan breakdown was very similar to pre-approval, so no major surprises!
Kenton and his team at American Pacific Mortgage were great through the entire house buying process. We ended up needing several different pre-approval letters for different properties and contingencies, and each time we got the help we needed within the same day. We watched many of the videos and tutorials along the way. They were helpful, as first time homebuyers, in understanding the process.
