Kenton really knows his stuff, he helped guide us throughout the whole process and was very informative early on to help us prepare for the whole process. I have met many people who boast about knowing finances, Kenton is extremely humble. Never boasted once, this man is a master chess player. Extremely creative, and works for the greater good. I will vouch for Kenton and his team night and day. Even when hiccups happen he and his team figures out an alternative route. Kenton proves we're there is will there is a way.
Kenton was great to work with. I had so many questions and he was endlessly patient with me. He was professional and courteous and friendly. I never felt that he was annoyed with all my questions (even though he probably was - LOL). He was knowledgeable and the process was pretty smooth. Quick closing, too! I will definitely work with him again in the future.
Right at the beginning of our home buying journey "the place" was on the market. We were still evaluating lenders when we agreed to a 3 week close in our home offer. Kenton and his team were very helpful navigating through the home buying process for the first time. He provided multiple pre-approvals the same day, which was important in this fast paced market. He was also available after hours and weekends for questions/requests. Final loan breakdown was very similar to pre-approval, so no major surprises!
