Great communication and fast responses
The whole experience was smooth and I hardly had to worry about any part of the process.
They did a great job! I am self employed and if you have ever had to buy a car or a home with no w-2 it can be almost impossible. This is our second home purchase but the first with no W-2 and I can’t tell you how easy it was. All of the special reports from the banks and the IRS they needed, I was either given detailed instructions on how to obtain them or walked through the process over the phone. Great people and we WILL be using them again! The Hamilton’s!
