Needed a great investor loan. After receiving a quote from another lender, I was disappointed with my options. I called Kyle Wright after a friend recommended him and was instantly happy I did. Kyle's consultative approach was a welcome experience. He advised me of a few options I had and offered a suggestion to keep more money in my pocket and finance my property at a higher LTV.
