I had a great experience with American Pacific Mortgage. I was apprehensive about the process because my friend just went through this process last month and they had a horrible experience with their lender. However, I was pleasantly surprised with Kyle, Lindsay, and Cathy. They worked directly with the tittle company and everything went smoothly. I closed on time, Kyle worked his magic with the closing numbers and I got the my house. I recommend this team 1000%.
