You all were outstanding! Kyle rocks! One thing that the team did not stress until we reviewed the final paperwork during signing was paying 1.18 points. We signed and we move on but would have been nice to know. Just thought we got a 6.5% interest rates. We had numerous banks that said we could get a 6.25 with no points. Needless to say that cost us 4K
Created a streamlined process that was easy to follow, quick responses and provided timely updates and requests as needed. Overall fantastic experience working with Kyle and his team.
