Everyone was super polite' friendly and helpful. The process seemed unorganized. It would be helpful if there was a plan up front. We will need.... Felt like a lot of things fell through and could have been handled differently. I don’t know how the process works but it seemed like several obvious issues should have been caught before being sent to the underwriter.
