I wish that you could have put things together quicker we were told that we would be in our house on June 6th July 28th we were finally in our house I had to live in a mobile camper for two and a half months and it seems like you guys just couldn't get things to work I understand you had problems but I would have hoped that you could have had people who would come look at the house from down here and not up in Colorado springs who didn't want to make the trip. Everyone was super polite' friendly and helpful. The process seemed unorganized. It would be helpful if there was a plan up front. We will need.... If you have rental property we need....If you have mortgage we need... Seems everyday was a mad rush for unexpected document. Only to repeat for something different the next day. I felt there should be some organization and the team should know what to ask for up front. I understand the underwriter may ask for additional documents but it seems we ha

Felt like a lot of things fell through and could have been handled differently. I don’t know how the process works but it seemed like several obvious issues should have been caught before being sent to the underwriter.
