Dr. Agnew and the staff was welcoming, friendly, comforting and competent. I had had surgery on my other eye at Shaare Zedek in Jerusalem, and it was perfect and set the bar high -- Key -Whitman met that challenge with "flying colors."
Dr. Agnew communicated with me directly, discussed images taken during the examination and explained related information. He took his time answering my questions and explained treatment options. I find him approachable, professional, and patient. He knows his stuff.

I was more than impressed with my visit today. Dr Hoelscher is extremely professional and knowledgeable when it comes to vision care. As we say in the military, her bedside manner is second to none! I was and am very impressed but more important I am very glad that I went to see them because I finally have a true and accurate prognosis of what is going on with my eyesight. Had my right eye cataract removed about 2 years ago and without a doubt I knew I would have my left cataract removed at Key- Whitman because they have a wonderful staff and great Doctors. I would definitely recommend Key-Whitman and Dr. Hoelscher.
Very thorough, takes the time to go thru each step with you and answers all questions. Thank you Dr. Hoelscher.
Dr. Agnew was very professional during my visit. He was also very prompt, which is unusual these days. He answered all my questions and was empathetic to my needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Agnew!!
