Very courteous and professional staff...they were very helpful and informative. Dr. Agnew had time to answer any questions even took extra time to explain why and when I should consider a multi-focal intraocular lens procedure for cataract surgery.
Dr. Hoelscher was friendly, professional, and caring. She was genuinely concerned about my dry eye condition, developed a treatment and followup plan. I highly recommend her and Key-Whitman.
Dr. Hoelscher is one of the most down to Earth caring doctors I’ve ever met. Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable. I felt like she and everyone at Key-Whitman took my dry eye seriously. Highly recommend them and their amazing tools for helping with dry eye issues. My eyes haven’t felt this good in years.
AMAZING. Professional, courteous respectful but most of all knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable putting my vision in their hands.
