My visit was pleasant and very informative. My diagnosis was accurate and her follow-up instructions were clear. I didn't feel rushed and I felt like she cared and took time to make sure I understood what was going on with my eye.
Professional and efficient staff, very courteous. Dr Hoelscher very capable and sharp Dr. Caring and took the time to explain further my exact condition of dry eyes. Amazing procedures, both IPL and Lipiflow, which she performed along with great tech. My eyes feel so much better today, one day after. Love this Dr and her staff at Key Whitman.
Dr Agnew once again gave me outstanding attention, and support. Not only is Dr Agnew wonderful but everyone on the staff of Key-Whitman are always a pleasure to see. If I was still working I would try to hire him away just for his customer service skills if nothing else. Kudos to everyone at Key-Whitman! Dr Agnew has done my eye exams for five years now. He is always courteous and professional. He’ll ask questions and ask if you have any for him. His explanations are easy to understand and he’ll repeat them if you don’t understand the first time. He doesn’t recommend procedures you don’t need.

Key-Whitman is no small neighborhood clinic and I fully expected to be treated like an item on an assembly belt, slam, bam, and done. However, to the contrary, I was treated by every single Key-Whitman person as if I were of utmost importance, the care and concern, the expertise, friendly and professional, the smallest detail clearly explained to my understanding, and best of all, the end result of two separate cataract surgeries: all clear, healed and healthy. A 5 star rating seems inadequate; they deserve a 10, at least.
