I waited to write this for about six months, since I wanted to wait for a couple seasons to really evaluate the quality of the windows and the work. Both were excellent! The installation was quick and efficient. The windows themselves have been great as well. The thermal barrier in the summer was a great improvement over our old windows, and our power bill over the winter dropped about 30% year over year, even though this winter was colder. The windows and installation are exceptional and priced competitive scoring 5.0+. Two hick ups were missed delivery date and error in billing credit card which took a couple of conversations but was eventually corrected giving business support score of 3.0. Assuming timing and billing issues can be addressed I will return for product and pricing.
Great people, windows, & service. Greg was great to work with. The installers were prompt, professional, thorough and cleaned up after they were finished. I d definitely use this company again and will recommend them.
