The process of buying new windows through K & G Solutions was a stress free and positive experience. Greg, the owner, met with me personally and answered all of my questions. After the initial meeting when I had more questions, he responded to my call immediately. The paperwork was stress free without a lot of ridiculous conditions. They are very efficient, responsive finish the egress window project within the time frame.
Working with the fellas at K&G Solutions was a great experience. The guys were not only prompt, very careful and meticulous with their work. They carefully carried material in and out the house careful to not damage other areas of the house. They were cordial and did a great job on all the windows installed. From our first interaction with Greg, we felt that this was a company we could trust.We were not wrong. The price was right and the workmanship, impeccable. We have some other projects on the horizon and will definitely call on The K&G solutions team again.
I waited to write this for about six months, since I wanted to wait for a couple seasons to really evaluate the quality of the windows and the work. Both were excellent! The installation was quick and efficient. The windows themselves have been great as well. The thermal barrier in the summer was a great improvement over our old windows, and our power bill over the winter dropped about 30% year over year, even though this winter was colder. The windows and installation are exceptional and priced competitive scoring 5.0+. Two hick ups were missed delivery date and error in billing credit card which took a couple of conversations but was eventually corrected giving business support score of 3.0. Assuming timing and billing issues can be addressed I will return for product and pricing.
