I cannot say enough good things about these guys, the work was excellent, They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I'm so glad I chose K and G and can't wait to have them out to finish my windows.
Greg is a good person, he is great at what he does.
Greg has been great to work with. I found him on Home Advisor. He sent me a quote based on my measurements. He didn't waste my time and make me sit down with him (requiring the presence of my husband, what!?) for 2 hours reviewing the history of the company and the ins and outs of the factory like some big-name companies. He has been great to work with and readily available. They did a buildup for me to make the window smaller in order to run cabinets underneath. They did a great job. Greg has always replied to me. And he always sees that everything gets taken care of. We had a few problems. One window missing. Factory didn't send it. But Greg got it taken care of and window looks great. One window not locking properly, Greg coming over tomorrow to take care of it. So very happy with the windows and the service.

The window installation was very quick. The team came in and did everything the same day with little to no inconvenience to my family. The team also cleaned up very well after themselves and even went through how to use the windows and doors with me. The windows have with stood a solid year and lowered my home heating prices as advised. One thing I would have liked is if the team would have repaired the old wooden area around the windows.
