Gregg was prompt and answered all my questions I had listed about the bedroom windows being replaced and installing a storm. He helped deal with the HOA, and the job was approved in record time. This company really is great at everything, low pressure about decision, quick ordering, fast install, always responds quickly to any questions.
I replaced 11 windows with K&G and Greg was great from start to finish. The process was easy and I financed the entire project with a 12-month same-as-cash option. He did not even deduct my down payment until the work was complete. I am extremely happy with the install team. They were clean and professional. All that was asked was for me to move small items away from the windows; the install team put down blankets and sheets to protect everything and cleaned all areas when they were done.
