Creg was extremely helpful to me and he has an excellent communication skills. He installed 8 windows for me and he was always communicating regarding the time lines and our milestones and he was willing to reschedule the final walkthrough for our screens as well. Greg was an absolute pleasure to work with and he was extremely helpful as we discussed details of the project. He was able to get back to me promptly and able to answer and questions that i had. He offered a quality product at a competitive price. The installation went according to schedule. The crew did a fantastic job. The windows are energy efficient and look great. Greg did a grat job of meeting with me to select the proper windows - K&G installed 20 windows in a duplex for me. Sterling and his installation crew worked quickly and efficiently in very cold weather to get the windows installed quickly and did a great job of NOT making a mess inside and cleaning up and removing the old windows on the outside. I was very satisfied and will use them again as the need arises.
K&G came in as the lowest price and they did an excellent job installing the windows. We are very happy with their work. Arrived on time, clean courteous... what more can we ask for? Thank you guys!!

Why five stars? High quality, cost effective and great follow up. Oh, and an owner who LISTENS to his clients! Need I say more?! In the day and age of quote shopping, appointment setting and pushy salesmen rattling off numbers four times higher than the “sales price minus discounts and buy three get one free†gimmicks, ditch the headaches and time wasters. Everything went well. 4 windows and a patio door replaced. I called with the approximate window sizes (after having another contractor out who wanted way to much money for the windows.) They listened to exactly what I wanted and never tried to "up-sell" me into things I didn't want or need. After a quick discussion, my husband and I decided to go with them.
