Terrible customer service. Once our windows were installed, we noticed one of the windows would not stay up (these things happen and it should not be a problem to have K&G fix it right, WRONG!). Also, they left one of our old windows behind that they still need to pick up. I have been trying to set up appointments for the past month. Greg avoided my emails and phone calls for weeks. Great communication and followup when you're a prospective sale. After paying, all of the promises of "this is a family business, we'll make things right.. I have clients from 20 years ago that I've serviced in the last week" is just sales jargon. I asked that they return to the job site to check and correct a window that wasn't leveled at my rental house. The owner said they would. I wanted to reply to this, as some of it is true, most is not. We started the process and it was a long enduring process of taking items away from the quote for the handyman to do bringing our workload down and the price down. The gap between craftsman was too large and the blame has the lay on someone, and that is K&G Solutions. We get a 2* review, for allowing this to interfere with our process. Bill who installed my last window last week checked to see if he could figure out why my bedroom window top lock is so hard to lock with little success He told me that he was going to have somebody from the manufracturer call me to make an appt. this week. I am still waiting for a call back from the manufracturer company to check out why my top bedroom window lock is still very hard to lock.
Siding is beautiful and well done. The roof, on the other hand, has been a nightmare and we are having to have it redone by someone else.
