The overall process was great. Minor hiccups at the end but Kia handled them like a true professional. Very detailed and expedited process. I recommend her for any first time home buyer.

Kia explained anything that we had a question on with spot on timing, and was always there to assist. Although may wife interacted more with Kia than I did I did speak with her on more than one occasion while getting a loan for our home. Any questions that she needed know about she sought to find the answers.
