Kia was very professional throughout my entire refinance process. Even though I was receiving notifications from the my loan app she still took time out of her busy schedule to call me to make sure I saw the update. Kia didn't let me make a decision just because it sounded good to me, she made sure I understood the different options that were available to me and broke it down in full detail. The entire experience was great from beginning to end.
