Both of my children were part of this practice for over 10 years, however, when my daughter had a late diagnosis of Autism, our relationship fell apart. She went into extreme burnout and could not leave the house and refused to do telehealth visits. We were desperate for advice and assistance and of course turned to our pediatrician for help. This place is literally the worst. They will make you wait over an hour after a scheduled appointment with no consideration for your job or schedule. Every time we went for a flu shot I had to carve two hours out of my day. The final straw was being 8 minutes late to an appointment. Being told there was no guarantee a doctor was going to see me by a large troll like woman upfront and then getting a surprise $15 late fee for an appointment I was not even given a 15 minute professional courtesy window to begin with. Poor customer service, questionable business practices and ethics. Told me they took my insurance for my child's doctor when I inquired with the office initially and over a 4 month period took my co-pay for every visit. Then 4 months later they told me they don't actually take my insurance due to them being mistaken (no apology) and that I'm still liable for all services only out-of-pocket. My baby is a little over 18months and he has been going to Kids Plus since he was born. From his first visit I would get his vaccines but I preferred him to get them on a delayed schedule and not several at a time. He's had all of his shots except for the MMR which I declined for now. They had me sign a waiver and for some reason a second waiver after another appt due to declining the vaccine. I have been going to Kids+ for probably near ten years now, but I have since grown out of a pediatrician after beginning college. While the services at the location were always convenient, quick and helpful, I cannot leave a positive review after continuous dishonest business practices. Over the years my family has had several instances (almost once a year) of the business attempting to charge us for either services that we did not receive or were told would not cost anything, or were covered by our insurance. Completely disappointed that patients now get billed an additional fee above the copay amount if the appointment is after 5:00. I have never heard of something like this. Like paying copays aren't enough now random fees for hours they have posted as normal business hours. So $30 copays now become $45 after 5:00.

This office leaves a lot to be desired both in terms of medical care and inclusion. My daughter's father and I have joint physical custody and they refuse to update the contact information with both of our addresses/phone numbers. When I brought this up with their staff as a problem since both he and I are jointly responsible for her care, they sent me a certified letter terminating her medical care. Going to find a practice that is willing to communicate with both of us.
