The entire experience was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were promptly greeted. Isaac was brought back immediately for imaging, and by the time I had signed all paperwork, I was brought back for consult in pre-op. I was warmly greeted by the medical assistant who informed us of the procedure and post-op care. Dr. Kikuchi joined us very promptly and his bedside manner was fabulous! We were greeted upon arrival everyone was very pleasant and friendly. All of the pre surgery checking was done expeditiously and thoroughly. Upon going into the surgery suite Dr. Kikuchi came in and introduced himself and explained exactly how things were going to go. He was friendly and explained everything well.. Absolutely great experience with Dr. Kikuchi for my wisdom teeth removal. I called in with pain, and the office staff was so accommodating — they scheduled me right away. I was anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Kikuchi took time to explain everything and made me feel totally at ease. Highly professional and kind!
My experience with the Rancho office was excellent. Everyone was professional, kind, efficient and competent. I felt very comfortable with the service and instructions throughout the process. I thank Dr. Kikuchi and Jenny for the care they provided. Their attention to detail and my comfort was so appreciated.

My experience was as good as I had hoped. I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was in and out within an hour, no pain or complications. The staff were very friendly. I really appreciate that they spoke Spanish, so they were able to translate to my parents while I was in surgery.
