Dr. Loo and the staff here were friendly, supportive and professional! I was very impressed with the whole experience removing my wisdom tooth and was virtually pain free! Bravo to this awesome team and I highly recommend them!!
Staff was great and made feel comfortable, Dr Kikuchi took his time in explaining explaining what needs to be done .
Everyone was very friendly and personable, and they clearly explained everything that was going to happen for the procedure.
I liked because the doctor calls y a few hours later after your visit
Rancho office was good, but the day before I was given the wrong quote and information. I was told everything was covered by insurance, but to find out l had to pay $250. DDS Payne was good, and the ladies that assisted him.
