I been with these people since they opened and I have never been able to come to an appointment and not stay 2-3hrs after my appointment. Im done with this place. I have been here for 2hrs and still no service! Horrible!
Im here now! My appointment was at 9:15. The doctor just walked in. It's now 11:13. Im glad this is their last appointment.
My first visit I waited OVER an hour after my appointment time for them to tell me their "network was down", didn't know when it would be fixed and I could wait or reschedule. I waited for 10 more minutes, then left. Rescheduled and came in to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time. Don't even know why I bothered making an appointment this time, because I've been sitting here waiting for 40 minutes past the time already.
I would say 3 out of the 4 times I've been here my total visit consisted of a 3 hour ordeal. I even walked out once because the wait was just too long. Once the procedure I paid for has FINALLY been completed, I will never return. As far as quality of work I have returned now for the third fix! Smh Over it! Moving on.
Piss poor service... I sat for 3 hrs for them to tell me we needed to reschedule for another day.
No concept of time. Completely destroyed my teeth. Have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. And they make you pay to get your own records that they already billed tricare for. Double dipping?!?!? Worst dentist and "girls" in front desk are just plain rude. Will never come here and I suggest you take all of us that hate it here seriously. You will regret it.
I will never go here again I agree they do overbook . I sat there for over hour and half one day and got tired of it and walked out . i took my daughters there to have wisdom teeth cut out and OMG i thought i would die watching this then my youngest got dry socket in them all i took her back they told me no it was not and i paid 25 dollars for some gel that did not help at all. no this place sucks and sucks bad.I had all my teeth pulled on top for dentures well after 6 months...
