Kim was amazing. She is a wonderful person to work with- but most importantly, got us the very best rates (even after our stubborn minds were set) on our mortgage and home owners insurance, and had us closed in two weeks. Kim made buying a house easy! She knew what paperwork that needed to be filled out and what needed to be turned in. She is great at her job, no unnecessary trips to the office with more paperwork. She is able to make a connection with her clients and give them tips on what to look for in any aspect of buying a house. Out of all the mortgage brokers that contacted me, she was worked on my schedule and took me as a priority. If I ever buy a house again, she is the woman I would definitely work with.
Friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first home purchase and it was fast, simple and completed with no regrets. I've heard a lot of horror stories about first time buys and I experienced none of it.
