My husband and I recently purchased a house and she was recommended to us by our realtor. She was very responsive and made sure to take time and answer any questions at virtually anytime of day that I had them and no matter how many I/we asked. She even stayed on the phone with us late to help us get our preapproval finished promptly. I was very skeptical going in for a mortgage but after the first conversation on the phone with Kim and her follow-up a mere 20 minutes later with your pre-approved can you come in this afternoon and start signing , well I was no longer skeptical. The entire process went this well. Kim was thorough and was very knowledgeable. Every call was a reassurance that we have no worries we are closing on time.. Very helpful for us in a new state with different laws always came right back when calling on the phone with a question & very patience.Kim also gave us many options on paying off our loan also getting us very low financing rate .We did the hole mortgage over the phone she Fedex every thing back and forth

Working with Kim and her assistant was absolutely wonderful! Kim is very knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and a very hard worker. As first time home buyers this was a new experience but Kim guided us every step of the way. She consistently went above and beyond to assist us and explain everything to us. She always returned our calls or emails and kept us up to date on everything. I can honestly say that without Kim we would not have been able to purchase our first home, and such a nice one!
