Very very helpful! as a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous and had a lot of questions. They made me feel so comfortable, walked me through the entire process, and replied to my inquiries often within minutes if not hours. What a wonderful experience.

It was a smooth process and I believe Kim is very knowledgeable and kept us informed along the way. The only issue we encountered was when it came to presigning closing docs and some of the forms were not applicable to our situation and in order to proceed we had to sign electronically. I do not think this is a Kim issue, but I would think that a company like USA would be able to have a system that would allow these documents to be edited based on the borrower's situation. This is our 4th time working with you guys and the communication is great. The process is easy, being able to E sign is a major perk since I am a truck driver. Overall great experience, I can count on your team to take care of everything needed to be done.
