More Communication felt stress because there was not enough of info given to all party to they all I same boat and felt that we where getting the run around with what we need for closing got 5 different amount down to the last minute and felt like not enough info was given on how a loan type worked . Other then that the overall experience was good

Kim was able to work with us, even with my not so great credit. My credit was ruined by my ex husband and I have spent the last 5 years trying to rebuild it. It is improved but was not quite to what would qualify for a conventional loan. However, my husband has good credit, we have on time payments and we both make good money....with those factors, Kim took a chance with us and then she helped us along the way when we needed an increase for our loan amount as well.
