Should’ve closed on September 8 turned out to be October 8. Constant need of different information. Daily routines don’t seem to be very organized with different individuals within the office

The lack of communication when the deal ran into "issues", the inconsistencies in the excuses, and the fact that finally at one one NO ONE from VanDyk would respond to any inquiries about the transaction even though their client/buyer had $$ at risk.
