This “process” was very disturbing in the fact that I, personally, felt that Nobody actually knew what was happening. I’ve never needed to be “hand-held” in my life, but felt at times to be “talked down to”. This may very well be the “new age of business”, but I’ll never suggest to anyone again to buy a place in Florida. Rent, you’ll be happier.

Your appraiser, placed a completely unnecessary repair requirement on the appraisal. Because this appraiser wrote that the sofitt material was sub-standard, we had to work for a solid week to get the home re-inspected by 3 parties before UW would accept the condition of the sofitt. It has passed a 4pt and a Wind mitigation and a full home inspection, and then we had to hire a GC- at our cost - to then write up yet another report. I DO NOT WANT APPRAISERS INSPECTING my listings!
