Kim King, mortgage loan officer with BankSouth in a timely manner did an excellent job. She suggested that I have most all of the necessary documentation at the time of application. The preparation saved an enormous amount of time during the mortgage processing. When my file was submitted to the mortgage underwriter it resulted in a sign off mortgage for a mortgage approval for closing. Should I had any questions or concerns, Kim was accessible.

Kim was amazing to work with! She was attentive, responsive and very helpful in answering any questions we had and easing any concerns. She took the time to make sure we were understanding and comfortable with everything. She worked with us to help in anyway that she could to get us what we wanted while making sure that we knew what was going on every step of the way. I highly recommend her! You won’t be disappointed! Kim is hands down the best! Not only does she have the patience of a Saint, she also takes the time to answer ALL of your questions...and in a timely manner.
