Kim King, mortgage loan officer with BankSouth in a timely manner did an excellent job. She suggested that I have most all of the necessary documentation at the time of application. The preparation saved an enormous amount of time during the mortgage processing. When my file was submitted to the mortgage underwriter it resulted in a sign off mortgage for a mortgage approval for closing. Should I had any questions or concerns, Kim was accessible.

Kim was amazing to work with! She was attentive, responsive and very helpful in answering any questions we had and easing any concerns. She took the time to make sure we were understanding and comfortable with everything.
