Working with Kim was awesome! This was my first time going through the mortgage process and everything was very clearly explained. It was great to see the different estimates and to have detailed summaries of the different options updated, as things were finalized like insurance costs, etc. Kim did a great job to answer all of my questions and provide a clear timeline of how the process will work!
