Kim was so genuine, easy to work with, and very helpful! She went out of her way to make things easy for us! Initially, we were expecting to have to provide quite a bit of money for closing cost, down payment, other fees, etc. On closing day, we got a check back! We were so excited! This was all because Kim used her talent to help us out. We were able to close with a great interest rate! Kim made herself available when we had questions- even late at night! We couldnâ??t recommend her enough!!
