I very highly recommend Kim for any looking to refinance. Kim was extremely helpful, and at every stage of the process provided us with multiple options so we could choose what was best for us. When something needed additional work (or information) she gave us solid information on why and how. She was super-polite and always responded quickly--and patiently!--to our requests. Kim is an honest, reliable, and friendly person to work with and we'd definitely work with her again if given the chance.
