Kim is the absolute best. She completely looks out for us and her motive is for our benefit and the best of our family. She is insanely knowledgeable. I trust her 100%. She took all the burden off of us for our refi and it happened so quickly. She was over the top amazing figuring out our first home loan for us, and that’s why we will always return to Kim.

Kim was on top of it from the beginning, she gathered everything she needed from us, informed us of what she was doing, what we needed to be doing, and what we were to expect every step of the way.
