Kind Home Painting is exceptional in customer service and timely, pristine work. The exterior painting of our home included restorative carpentry work and Dylan (project manager) and Antonio (painting crew lead) went above and beyond to make sure that the new siding boards perfectly matched the rest of our 30-yr old siding. Everything from the quotation phase through the prep work and painting of our house was outstanding and very professional. Project Manager (Terah), spent considerable time going over every part of the pre-painting and post-painting inspections. Foreman (Marlon) and the crew did a fantastic job and in a timeframe I did not think would be doable.
Everything went smoothly and they got it done in one day. Only thing was someone poured the water they use to wash the tools on to our bush and flagstos. Otherwise they were upfront with the pricing, great communication, and detailed work!
Amazing experience from sales, consultation, project management, service, and then follow up. Crew was a well oiled machine and worked late into the day to get things done while taking advantage of the cool weather.
Everyone from start to finish were professional and friendly. I was impressed by how organized the team that came to my house were. I believe Carlos was the project manager and he excelled. All the work was done in a day/except for a little bit of wood work touch up done prior to painting. Exceptional job!
