We had a great experience with Kind Home. This is the second time we?ve had them at our house, this time it was a full exterior project. We were so satisfied with our home exterior paint experience that we had KindHome paint our mom's house too. Terah kept us informed and from the first sales pitch from their team, we were ready to choose them.
My home was in dire need of exterior paint after a couple of decades of wear and hired Kind after doing thorough research and obtaining multiple bids. I could not be happier with the decision! They were professional, James and his crew were skilled and friendly, the communication was fantastic from start to final walk-through (thanks to Ian and Jenae here), and the quality of work is stellar! We had Kind Home give us an estimate on having our 2 story house, shed and deck painted/stained last summer. After agreeing to the bid, it was just a matter of a couple days that they were able to have their crew perform the services. Terah Alexandra was our Project Manager. Professional exterior home paint job done quickly. Pre-sale, gave time to consider options and answered lots of questions. Our house looks great and we?ve recommended Kind Home to several neighbors whose houses also look great. The color consultation was helpful in picking a color palette we love. I was very pleased with the craftsmanship. The communications with the PM Tara was very good to work with. I will give a 4.9 only because I never give a five.
They were amazing to work with and Kate so patient with us while we were waiting on the HOA. Terah was an awesome and communicative PM. And I couldn?t possibly speak more highly of Carlos and his crew. They did a great job and we barely even noticed they were there. I could not recommend all of them enough.
