I received a referral from an existing client which deterred me from going to an urgent vet. Making the appointment was smooth until I dropped my dog off for ear hematoma surgery early Monday morning. When I walked in the demeanor of the entire office staff changed. I guess they didn't know I was black. Check-in was mediocre. Surgery was botched because the vet failed to close everything up, the middle part of her ear flap is split wide open. Dr.Means goes above and beyond for your fur babies and all clients. Amazing veterinarian. Compassionate, knowledgeable and professional staff. Highly recommend! We appreciate all of their time and effort with our little Lola.
My dog just loves it here. The staff is always so friendly and gives her lots of treats. I moved 45 minutes away but still make the drive just to go here
They say you get what you pay for and this place is cheap in every sense of the word. We changed to this vet a few years ago as our previous vet was too far to drive and it was highly recommended at that time. We normally only needed to come here for our pets annual exams. I felt that those exams were extremely brief and they did not examine as throughly as I’m used to.
