Great neighborhood! We just moved in less than a month ago and we love it! Our unit is has been recently renovated as they have been updating the complex and it is modern and beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet and our neighbors have been so friendly. We live on the 2nd floor and our balcony is backed up to the woods giving us so much privacy. We did have an issue the first weekend we moved in with our breaker box and we did not have power in our unit but both the local and regional managers were away due to family emergencies. After sending an email to the office and calling the maintenance number they came and fixed the problem on a Sunday morning. The regional manager reached out to us apologizing and handled the issue very appropriately and we are happy. It has been a great experience so far and we are very pleased with our decision to move to Kings Grant Landing!

Kings Grant Rocks Very safe, reasonably priced, kid friendly environment with the feel of a townhome. The staff is helpful and maintenance is prompt. Water and sewage is included and the grounds are very clean. Pets are welcome and the neighbors are excellent. Some of the apartments can use upgrades but overall you will not find a better community. Both singles and families can benefit from the social aspects of the community like the pool, fitness center, cookies, and movies for rent at no additional cost. Rent can be paid in a number of was and convenience is a priority for management.
