Great neighborhood! We just moved in less than a month ago and we love it! Our unit is has been recently renovated as they have been updating the complex and it is modern and beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet and our neighbors have been so friendly. We live on the 2nd floor and our balcony is backed up to the woods giving us so much privacy. We did have an issue the first weekend we moved in with our breaker box and we did not have power in our unit but both the local and regional managers were away due to family eme... read more
Kings Grant Rocks Very safe, reasonably priced, kid friendly environment with the feel of a townhome. The staff is helpful and maintenance is prompt. Water and sewage is included and the grounds are very clean. Pets are welcome and the neighbors are excellent. Some of the apartments can use upgrades but overall you will not find a better community.
