Bad Customer Service? I would get better accomidations in prison, with less rules! The current Rental Staff are rude and unreasonable. They threaten to kick you and your family out for the stupidest things like Kids riding bikes in the parking lots, when all residents know it's RESIDENTIAL! This means speeds less then 10 MPH. Kids are Kids they need an outlet, create a solution to the problem before making a fuss. Worst customer service It used to be nice here, then new management took over and they act as if they hate there tenants. They threatened to confiscate my kids tricycle off our back porch! They really make you hate living here. It looks great on the outside but the managers are really really bad! And a ton of insects too! I mean lots! Its built near a swamp so they all migrate here. Pros + looks nice Cons - the managers abuse there tennants. they think we work for them!
