The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean at all times. The laundry service and cleaning of the apartment is very helpful. The apartment size is good. There are regular gatherings and seasonal events. I also forgot to mention the sun rooms at the end of each hall. They are great when it's cool outside. They also have a huge covered deck on the second floor which is good for getting outside without going downstairs.
When I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a smile and attention. [name removed] was a fantastic and informative director (tour guide) and provided all the information I needed for the initial visit. [name removed] follow up has been fantastic and his offer to be flexible given the situation with my mom was refreshing.

Alot of awes,wows came from our mouth. The place is beyond of our expectations. This place felt warm throughout our tour, different scenery , we. Felt at home, knowing there are places for our loves and at a. month to month ,ease our mind. Thank you so very much for allowing us to tour your home.

The staff has been very responsive and helpful. Initially, there was a delay with administering medication. I would recommend keeping a few days of meds set aside just in case of a delay due to new or unclear prescription details. Overall, I feel my parents landed in the correct facility. The staff communicates well and are truly concerned for their well being. The facility is beautiful and well maintained.
Th staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Apartments are super nice and it's a very nice, clean, organized place.
My mother has lived in 2 other locations and she is super happy here. [name removed] the nurse is awesome and really cares. The staff are definitely trying to do what is right. They are very kind and helpful with my mom. I am very happy and my mom is making new friends. She is really loving all of the outdoor areas that let her feel alive. She is happier than ever before.

He is very happy with the facility and its accommodations. The room layouts were the most appealing. Especially the larger kitchen area and full size refrigerator. Located in a nice neighborhood that is quiet

What we like the most about Kingston Bay Senior Living is that the staff was friendly and there were lots of activities. Food could always use some new ideas and new dishes.

I don't have much of anything specific to say... we were only there for about a month and a half. They helped us through hospice for my[ age removed] grandpa. They were pretty wonderful. The only one small issue was food, because he was a vegetarian, and they don't really do vegetarian well, but it was to be expected. It's hard to cater to that. But they did the best they could.
