My mother has lived in 2 other locations and she is super happy here. [name removed] the nurse is awesome and really cares. The staff are definitely trying to do what is right. They are very kind and helpful with my mom. I am very happy and my mom is making new friends. She is really loving all of the outdoor areas that let her feel alive. She is happier than ever before.

He is very happy with the facility and its accommodations. The room layouts were the most appealing. Especially the larger kitchen area and full size refrigerator. Located in a nice neighborhood that is quiet

What we like the most about Kingston Bay Senior Living is that the staff was friendly and there were lots of activities. Food could always use some new ideas and new dishes.

I don't have much of anything specific to say... we were only there for about a month and a half. They helped us through hospice for my[ age removed] grandpa. They were pretty wonderful. The only one small issue was food, because he was a vegetarian, and they don't really do vegetarian well, but it was to be expected. It's hard to cater to that. But they did the best they could. Its great! They are very hospitable, caring and competent community of caregivers, nurses and administrators. I give them a five star. My dad was very lonely and depressed three weeks later and he is smiling, laughing and enjoying himself amongst the people. The staff there have really helped him get back onto a regular routine and happy life.
This place has changed her life for the better! She lived alone for a long time, so moving into a community like this has been a little difficult, but also really good for her. She has made many new friends! My sister is eating more nutritious food since moving in. She is always telling us about her delicious meals. Yes, she is a foodie! I looked at 5 other communities for my sister. Kingston gave us the best value for what they offer.
The transition during the first month was hard for my mom. The staff has been extremely caring and understanding and reassuring us that this is normal behavior for many new memory care residents. They are very conscientious in contacting me about anything going on with my mom's care that they feel I should know about.

My mom enjoys living there. The only complaint is not having more healthy meals to choose from. And the food choices aren't good. Other than that, I rate a 5 for everything! I have recommend them to others! And a friend is moving their mom in!
In the beginning everything is great. Care givers are attentive. My mom has been there a month and a half and 2 caregivers that I know of, have quit. From the day mom moved in there has been inadequacies with her room and bathroom. No closet doors, toilet paper holder, vanity light not working and window blind broken. Still at this time the blind is broken and no closet doors. Her clothes and shoes are missing. Even though they are supposedly washed separately. All are labeled with her room number.
