Our overall experience was a very positive one. My mom was very well taken care of. She loved all of the staff members and they all treated her very well - they were kind and considerate with her. She had a one bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and bathroom. The size was perfect for her and she felt at home. Kingston Bay as a whole felt like an upscale hotel. What we like the most about the community is the overall cleanliness and the staff are nice and attentive to our loved ones needs. They made her feel special on her birthday. Yes, we would recommend Kingston Bay Senior Living to other families.

Anytime I go there they have a good idea where he is and what he is doing- remarkable given the number of folks that reside there. They actively try to get folks engaged if they are inclined. [Name Removed], on the med management team is as concerned about my dad having the correct medication available as I am and actively keeps me informed about issues and resolutions.

Clean, friendly staff, activities and interactions with residents a plus.
Staff is excellent. Attentive, caring, they really get to know the residents. The facility looks like a resort hotel. New furnishings in the rooms and new paint, carpet, etc. bathrooms in rooms are spacious. Many activities for residents of all abilities. Staff will prompt residents and encourage to attend.
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean at all times. The laundry service and cleaning of the apartment is very helpful. The apartment size is good. There are regular gatherings and seasonal events. I also forgot to mention the sun rooms at the end of each hall. They are great when it's cool outside. They also have a huge covered deck on the second floor which is good for getting outside without going downstairs.
When I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a smile and attention. [name removed] was a fantastic and informative director (tour guide) and provided all the information I needed for the initial visit. [name removed] follow up has been fantastic and his offer to be flexible given the situation with my mom was refreshing.
