RecommendedI am speechless! We took our beautiful 9 month old puppy Stella to Kirkman Rd Vet Clinic for the first time last Wednesday morning. Stella was lethargic Tuesday and we didn’t notice till later in the evening, she had some blood in her urine. We thought it may have been a bad UTI, checking appointments at our usual Dr, they didn’t have any openings till Friday. We knew we needed to take Stella somewhere asap. We were going to be new patients. Confirmed an in person appointment. Told at check in we could not be with our dog. We have never even been here before. How can I trust someone with my dog if I never get to step foot inside? We had masks. Screw this shitty inconsistent practice. Every establishment like this on Kirkman sucks.

My wife Allison and I have done business with KRVC for years and like many pet owners have spent thousands of dollars on services rendered for our dogs. Due to extensive and invariable medical complications, we’ve visited and paid their office dozens of times on account of our dogs’ needs, at some points visiting daily.
