Since Dr. Porter retired, the service and compassion have gone into the toilet. I would NOT recommend this vet.
This place is sub-par. Tried to sell me on an unneeded $1,000+ surgery for my dogs leg that another vet fixed with laser therapy. Then they sold my information to Vetsource so they could spam me with sales ads for pet products.
I've been coming here with my dog for about five years now. Always been relatively satisfied until today. I was called a couple of days ago to bring my cat in for booster shots. When I brought her in today, I was told it was too late for booster shots, and that I might as well wait until next year. Meanwhile, I get charged for a full exam anyway. Why even bother calling me to bring her in for booster shots if it's already too late for them? At least I got her claws trimmed, so I suppose it wasn't a complete waste of time, bu... read more

*****UPDATE 07/25/2014-Unfortunately my rating is not going to change..this whole ordeal was just very traumatizing and a shame. But I did want to write an update to my review. Though I did not get an apology from Dr Graves, I did get one from Dr. Porter. He gave me a call today and is working on resolving the issues that I had.
