I have been coming there since I was about 9 yrs old. The Staff and Drs. are always friendly. No problem getting an appointment when I have an emergency. I recommend Kirkwood Dental Associates.

I'm dissatisfied because I was told my initial appointment would be no charge, unless I had X-rays done, which I did not. Yet, I was charged $96.00. Not happy

Everything was handled very well, and it was a good experience. There was one tiny, tiny thing that I wanted to mention. My appointment was at 9:00, and I arrived there about five minutes early. I saw my hygienist in the front office talking with an employee at the desk and pointing to things on the screen. I was fine with that and was taken in about 9:05, but as I walked by, the end part of the conversation indicated to me that it was a personal conversation, seemingly about a bathroom design. My semi-annual visit was this afternoon. I was on time and called back almost at once. My technican explained all that she was doing as she went along. She X-Rayed me and then cleaned my teeth. She also called in the Dentist to check on a couple of my teeth. He gave me an all clear , Then the Tech told me I needed to use an electric tooth brush and floride toothpaste and rinse. Stopped on the way home and purchased all of the above. The hardest part was getting the toothbruch out of the plastic container. See you in February... read more

Professional and courteous hygienist The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and experienced in her work. She was also very friendly and explained all the necessary details of the appointment as well as follow up care. However, the dentist that came in was very rude. He did not introduce himself or even speak directly to me. He mumbled something to the hygienist that indicated everything looked fine. However, he did not address me or ask if I had any questions. Dr. Christy was awesome I was shocked at what my bill was this morning. I definitely think that a quote should be given for the work that needs to be done. Shame on me for not asking! I would not recommend any of my retired friends because of the cost. According to three online Dental cost calculators, the work that I had done should run between $240-335. I was charged $392. Just saying that the cost is hard enough to pay without it being padded.

Very friendly I had 2 appointments today -- my semi-annual dental work which was at 11:00 and the second at 3:15 for permanent cement on my crown. Dr. Nick was curious to have both of these work done at 11:00 -- which avoid for me to make a second trip to the dental office.

Cleaning with Tina Great job as ususal. Always shows a high level of passion to deliver the best quality of service possible. Definitely takes her job seriously.
