We had a funky kitchen project - we saved original cabinetry, replaced the counter and backsplash. We also added cabinetry in an open part of the room. The staff were amazing. We started out with just countertops (on the existing kitchen) and we were so impressed with their product, professionalism and service, that we worked with Deb and Dave to create a new space in the eat-in area. It has been 1 year since our kitchen remodel was completed by KCCNE. We can honestly say that we are as happy and in love with our kitchen and pantry today as we were when we first saw the completed project. After soliciting bids from three contractors in the fall of 2020 we selected KCCNE. We love our new kitchen. We were cautious who to hire for such a big job, but KCCNE has exceeded our expectations. We had our kitchen remodeled by KCCNE in Feb. 2021. We visited their showroom in Sept 2020 to see what would be available. Their showroom was amazing and had everything we were looking for. From our first visit there to our next visit with Eddy, one of the owners, everything went smoothly. Our experience with KCCNE can be rated as A+++ from the beginning of our project to the end. I was contacted within hours of reaching out to them via email and within a day or two Joe, the owner was sitting on my couch discussing our needs. We visited their beautiful showroom in Pawtucket, met with a customer service specialist, the design team, and the inside project manager. KCCNE has exceeded our expectations! We were leery about choosing a top tier remodeling company to do our kitchen project because we knew it would come with a hefty price tag. Walking into KCCNE was like scrolling through your Pinterest Account... but in real life, the only difference is instead of searching for ideas and/or answers you just ask Steve. Steve could not have done a better job with handling all of our questions and concerns about the removal of our current granite and backsplash.
