We had our kitchen of 23 years redone and KCCNE did an amazing job! They walked us through the whole process and were extremely professional. They let us know which contractor was coming next and when they would be coming. Every person who entered our house was professional and courteous and all did a great job at his/hers respective skill. We highly recommend KCCNE.

I am writing this review regarding a full kitchen and half bathroom that I had KCCNE do in my house. I recently purchased an older home and wanted to take the wall down between the kitchen and the formal dining room. I had interviewed over 6 contractors for this project and Eddy was the only person who identified an issue with the load bearing wall. Look no further! KCCNE is a pleasure to work with! The staff is very helpful and responsive. The showroom is beautiful with many samples available at hand. A large yard filled with many full size slabs of marble and granite for viewing. But most importantly, best pricing around! Dave Townsend, Production Manager worked endlessly ensure we received the products we loved at the best price possible. We loved the product selection, service, quality, and professionalism exhibited by Dave, Raphael, Alice, Jerry, and the rest of the helpful staff at KCCNE. They listened to my needs, steered me to the best products to meet those needs, often saving me money with their recommendations. Not having to deal with subcontractors and having someone oversee the work from start to finish was what I was looking for and found in Kitchen and Countertop Center of New England. KCCNE – A GREAT renovation experience with our handicap bathroom remodel! We chose KCCNE to satisfy our requirement of three contractor quotes and very quickly they became the best fit for us! KCCNE’s showroom, Joe the space planner, Tara the designer, Kelly the project manager, and their crew were absolutely topnotch as advertised on the radio. Great Experience! The showroom is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Nathan, our kitchen designer had great plan ideas and listened to our ideas. We installed the cabinets ourselves. KCCNE gave us good tips and helped us through the process. The cabinets and countertops are beautiful. We got much more than both the big box stores (received quotes from both) and the cabinets at KCCNE were priced better. We are very pleased and will definitely go back for future projects.

I stopped by KCCNE this morning and received a quote for a new kitchen quartz countertop for my kitchen cabinets as well as the installation of a new sink and new backsplash. There was no hesitation as to where I was going to have this project done. It was KCCNE. Just last year KCCNE demoed and remodeled my entire bathroom and the job came out A++. The team at KCCN was great in helping us to update our kitchen counters, back-splash and sink. They were easy to work with, extremely helpful in being able to schedule the work and delivered and installed everything on time as promised. Their work partners were also very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.
