My husband and I visited several granite stores without finding what we wanted for our kitchen and laundry room countertops. We stumbled upon KCCNE and we are so glad we did! We worked with Hannah who was a complete joy to work with! She walked us through all of their offerings and gave us some great suggestions. Our countertops were installed yesterday and we absolutely love them! I would highly recommend Hannah and KCCNE.

I love my new kitchen !! We bought off white shaker cabinets for the kitchen and the same style for our bathroom. We also have a beautiful counter top / sink,it all looks so nice Everyone a KCCNE are so helpful,Nathan &Steve where very helpful picking out cabinets to the layout of the kitchen. The men that came to our new home to measure & install the counters,are also very helpful,and so nice! We had the opportunity to meet Dave Townsend at KCC through Thompson Hill Associates located in Douglas, MA.. As we embarked on a kitchen renovation, Dave was very helpful in listening to our needs for a counter-top & hardware selection. To help us make the right decision, Dave brought in the granite slab to help our decision process. We used KCCNE for our new granite countertops after looking at many companies , reviews , granite selection etc . We worked with Hanah throughout the process but you are really working with a team of professionals as you proceed through selection , layout , etc. on the day of installation(Friday before Easter) we ran into a glitch with the cabinets that were installed by another contractor that seemed to have an issue with leveling that was by no means apparent . We are remodeling our kitchen so my wife and I stopped in to KCCNE after looking at several other countertop dealers. Right from the start things were different. After answering a few questions and providing a layout to Steve our sales person, we knew what materials would work best for us and how much would be needed. We decided to replace our Formica counter tops in 3 bathrooms. We stopped at KCCNE one afternoon and I found exactly what I was looking for. Our sales person, Steve, did not pressure us and he actually gave us some good pointers. They have a large selection and the entire experience from browsing, ordering, measuring, and installation went smoothly! My half-bath has granite, and the other two baths have double sinks and I chose quartz for them. I'm very happy and would recommend them!

We purchased Quartz countertops from Kitchen and Countertop Center of New England. Our total experience with KCCNE was exceptional. Each stage of the project was a pleasure dealing with their great staff. Beginning with planning, then ordering, measuring and final installation. The end result of the work KCCNE did is absolutely perfect! I'm giving 4 starts instead of 5 because we started with a simple "ask" to get more kitchen counter space and at first went down the path of a recommendation for an entire kitchen redesign. After several unproductive conversations with the primary contact we'd been assigned - who was someone who wasn't a designer - Joe, one of the co-owners came out to view my space.
