Excellent service! I had to reschedule (move up) our appointment due to a change in vacation plans - there were no issues, they found a time for us quickly & everything for the visit was great!
Dr. Banks is amazing. Her office staff does such a great job helping my kids feel comfortable and at ease while there. She does an excellent job with even my child with special needs, explaining in a kid friendly way everything she does.
Dr. Banks and her staff are so patient and kind, something I appreciate since I have a child who can be shy. They explain everything and are always making sure my daughter is comfortable. I could not imaging taking her anywhere else and I often recommend this office to other parents.
Our dental hygienist was great with my children who were very hesitant about getting their teeth cleaned. She took time to explain all of her tools and why she used them. Even though it took a while to get my kids comfortable, she never seemed to be rushed. Dr. Fletcher as well was very patient with my daughter who refused to let anything get near her mouth. All doctor's and staff members are excellent,very nice from the time we enter the office.
Office was not overcrowded or overbooked. Wait time was minimal for both getting called back for appt and wait time for dentist once cleaning was complete. Staff was professional and friendly, as always. Thank you!

We have always been treated with amazing hospitality and I love how you treat my son! He actually looks forward to going to the dentist. The doctor also takes time to talk with me and never rushes me through a conversation.
