Every time we visit, the appointment always goes better than I expected. Great energy, great office. Very pleased. :)
Great facility. Staff and Dr. Banks were outstanding. A bit more expensive than expected, but worth it given our 4 year old was actually cooperative and can't wait to go back and see Paige and Dr. Jessie!
My son certainly appreciated the gentle and kid-oriented attention at his appointment. Service was also very time-conscious, which was appreciated by both of us with a 2-year old's attention span! Biggest problem was getting him to leave the kids area of the waiting room AFTER his appointment, maybe you guys need a different exit so it's not so tempting to stay, hee hee
Dr Banks was a few minutes behind today, but she is so well loved that it didn't matter. Our hygienist was personal and we had a nice time talking to her while waiting for Dr Banks.
They have been great in all of our daughter appointments. She is terrified of doctors & nurses due to medical problems she was born with and has to go thru ongoing testing. They are patient & caring when dealing with her!
My kids love going to see Dr. Banks and her staff. We are always taken care of when we are there by the friendly and very helpful staff. I took both my kids to the dentist today, even though it was only my oldest that was being seen. My youngest was almost in tears because it wasn't his turn today. =)
I love the professionalism that this office has!! They have always made Hailey feel comfortable with their gentle kindness! Dr Banks is a wonderful dentist, she has always been attentive and kind!!
Even though our son is very timid around strangers and slow to warm up to new situations, the staff made him feel comfortable and were extremely patient with him.
Everything was great--thanks!
