The home was lovely but the Kivoya experience was not. We were scheduled to check in at 4pm. Earlier on check in day Carmen, our assigned manager, notified me that she would not be at the office and we could check in the following day (an inconvenience to us) and that the keys were under the door mat. The next morning Carmen repeatedly texted me to come in to check in despite my initial response we would be there. Las habitaciones, cocina, estancia bien, solo el aire no abastecia. El alberca no cuenta con malla sombra y no se puede usar durante el día, solo laa tarde y el agua no se enfría en ningún momento. No sirve la regadera para lavarse cuando sales de la alberca, hay monte alrededor, hay un gato qué tiene orinado todo el alrededor y apesta a orines. Te piden un deposito de $200 dolares con cargo a la tarjeta ya van cuatro días qué dijeron lo iban a reenvolsar y aun no llega, ya me huele mal este asunto. Lamentable.

Solo tienen una persona de seguridad y no son nada efectivos, las instalaciones están bien pero ni una bolsa de hielos encuentras no puedes tener ni música a volumen bajo porque se molestan ni en el área de alberca muy mal por eso

Stayed in Rocky point Mexico. A place they call Relax 3. It was a Casita with 4 homes surrounding a what was called a pool. Horrible experience from the beginning. Pool was dark green and definitely not usable for my 6 children. Many lights in the home didn’t work. Floors in the home were not swept or cleaned at all. My wife and I went 2 times to the office and spoke to someone that was a supervisor. They said they want my business again and would give us some nights free at another place. It's been over 3 months since my family and I vacationed there. There was a $200 security deposit that we gave from my credit card. I was told that their bank had made a mistake on not just mine but on others and they were in the process of returning it. To date, it has yet to be returned.

I am disappointed and disgusted with them as a company and that created a horrible start to a long-anticipated vacation. Not answering a phone or messages or providing additional contact information to VRBO is ridiculous. If there are days when you are going to be out of contact, don’t rent a place that day. So unprofessional to not reach out to us or show concern. The people of the complex said that a company called Oceana manages the other rental and they are very good. The top microwave was not working so the vent did not work and the condo got full of smoke. There was no hot water the first night due to a malfunction heater element. I guess they did not make sure it was working before releasing it to us. The curtains and blankets on one of the beds was dirty. The washing machine leak water. And the temperature on the electric stove was hard to controlled First night no hot water and no discount either for the inconvenience. Not. Ice

Fue una estancia agradable, con algunos detallitos pero nada que no se pudiera arreglar, nos encantó el acceso a las diferentes instalaciones que nos brindaron y si volvería a reservar con ellos.
