What a stunning location for condominium! Kivoya is unparalleled in Puerto Penasco for beach location, accommodations, views, privacy, luxury and service. It is not the typical Puerto Penasco condominium with lots of young, rowdy teens/college kids........Kivoya is much more sophisticated and relaxing. The views from our room of beach were spectacular! The pool was awesome. Also loved the beachside "extras" - the massages and the yummy treats were great additions. Wonderful shell collecting. Loved that we could also go down the road to the resort for the day! Would definitely recommend.
