We Stayed in this beautiful condo few times and have enjoyed the stay greatly. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. You can get to see the beach from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves is just a wonderful feeling to kick start a great day at Rocky Point! We had a blast here and will be coming back as soon as we can! Thank you for an amazing stay, we couldn’t ask for a better visit.

We absolutely loved this place. We stayed here last summer and we were very pleased with the accommodations, the condominiums were spectacular, the ocean views were amazing. High end furniture, and appliances. The pool was very clean and inviting. The private beach was nice and beautiful. I highly recommend this remarkable place. We are going back in July and my family can't wait. The best place in Rocky Point!!!
Loved this place. ; Armando welcomed us at the front desk when we arrived. Super nice and got us off on the right foot. He was very helpful, accommodating and very professional. The condominiums were spectacular, with remarkable views. We stayed in the 904 unit, the unit was spacious, clean, equipped with a full working kitchen, high end appliances, Wifi and everything you need to feel right at home. What a stunning location for condominium! Kivoya is unparalleled in Puerto Penasco for beach location, accommodations, views, privacy, luxury and service. It is not the typical Puerto Penasco condominium with lots of young, rowdy teens/college kids........Kivoya is much more sophisticated and relaxing. The views from our room of beach were spectacular! The pool was awesome. Also loved the beachside "extras" - the massages and the yummy treats were great additions. Wonderful shell collecting. Loved that we could also go down the road to the resort for the day! Would definitely recommend.
The unit is poorly maintained and grossly misrepresented in the photos. Broken doors, missing TV, among other things. Kivoya is uncooperative - cannot find an alternative accommodation and will not refund even though we did not check in.
